AD-1685 Anti-Vibration Table for Viscometers
AD-1685 The AD-1685 is an anti-vibration table that effectively
isolates the SV-A Series viscometer from adverse
vibration, enabling stable and accurate measurements.
Depending on the measuring location, the highly sensitive tuning-fork vibration sensor (incorporated in our SV-A Series viscometers) can be adversely affected by low-frequency vibrations that cannot be detected by humans. For example, if the laboratory is located on the high story of a building or on unstable ground, such as near the seaside, vibration may well be generated by strong winds or high waves.
Features
The combination of a coil spring and the viscoelastic body rapidly reduces vibrations.
The AD-1685 greatly enhances the measurement stability of the SV-A Series.
* The AD-1685 is especially effective for low viscosity measurements (e.g. 1.00mPa•s ~ 10.0 mPa•s).
Top plate is made of 18mm thick natural granite stone.
