 The Arab Health Exhibition, which is no doubt the largest healthcare and medical exhibition in the Middle East, was held from January 29th to February 1st, at the Dubai International Exhibition Center in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Over 2200 exhibitors from 70 countries attended this exhibition, which is getting bigger and bigger every year. Exhibitor numbers are increasing as more and more companies are seeking business opportunities in the Gulf region. |

| New Country Medical Supplies Co., our exclusive agent in Dubai, represented A&D and introduced a full line of A&D blood pressure monitors with a focus on the mercury–free sphygmomanometer UM101 that was launched last year in Dubai. The combination of UM101 advertising in a medical magazine and A&D’s presence at Arab Health led to numerous enthusiastic responses from the many visitors to our booth. Following a simple introduction, medical professionals grasped the UM101 concept very quickly. We also saw an increase in on-the-spot sales of A&D products. |
