Large, easy-to-read display with 11.5 mm character height	Probe thermometer is inserted into an object to measure its temperature

Temperature control via upper/lower limit alarms These can be used when controlling temperature in various situations such as cooking, making sweets, or preparing baby milk.


Set upper/lower limits for when the alarm (approx. 60 dB) will sound.

Hold function	Memory of max./min. values
The displayed value can be held and checked later.	Displays the max./min. values since the power was turned on. (Can be reset)

IPX7 waterproof performance	Calibration function
Hygienic - Main unit can be washed with water.	0 °C calibration can be performed. This is useful for calibration when there are variations in measured values and for regular inspections.
